What does the free plan include?
The free plan gives you a live storefront at getplugpro.com/yourhandle, your deal pipeline, 30 brands a day from the directory, 3 contact unlocks a month, 10 open pitches, and 3 AI-written pitches to start. Full Access opens the whole directory and adds 300 AI credits a month (up to about 100 AI-written pitches). No card needed, and no time limit.
Does Plug Pro take a cut of my deals?
No. There is no per-deal fee, no commission, and no percentage of any invoice. A brand pays you directly through your own Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App, so the money never routes through Plug. Compare that with agencies and marketplaces that keep 15 to 30 percent of every deal you land.
What are Contact Packs, and are they part of the subscription?
Contact Packs are separate one-time purchases: every brand contact in a niche such as Beauty, Food, or Home & Living, yours to keep with no subscription attached. They suit creators who want the contacts without the back office. Full Access subscribers get the full directory inside the app instead.

Plug Pro is free to start, no card needed. The Full Access plan is a flat $19 a month and unlocks the full brand directory, 300 AI credits a month (up to about 100 AI-written pitches), and every back-office tool. The subscription is the only recurring charge; contact packs and credit top-ups are optional one-time buys.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in two clicks: tap Cancel subscription, then confirm on Stripe’s page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for; nothing renews after that. Your deal history, invoices, and licenses stay visible and exportable on the free tier.
Do you offer refunds?
Not on monthly. When you cancel a monthly plan it simply stops renewing at the end of the current period; there are no refunds for time already paid, and unused AI credits are not refundable. Yearly plans are different: cancel within 14 days of the first yearly charge and we refund it in full.
What would an agency’s cut cost you?
An agency’s 20% cut on $200 a month is $480 a year. Plug Pro is $159.60 a year, flat — you keep every dollar.
Agencies and managers typically take 15 to 30 percent.
The cut is a hypothetical you set. Plug Pro never takes a percentage of your deals.
