Frequently asked questions

Plug Pro never takes a cut of your brand deals: there is no per-deal fee, and brands pay you directly through your own Stripe, PayPal, or invoice link. Starting is free with no card; Full Access is a flat $19 a month and month-to-month, so you can cancel any time from Billing.

Does Plug take a cut of my brand deals?

Does Plug ever touch my money?
No. Plug never touches, holds, or processes a cent of your deals. Brands pay you directly through your own Stripe, PayPal, or invoice link — the money goes straight from the brand to you, and you keep 100%. Plug makes money on your flat subscription, not your deals, which is exactly why we never need to sit in the middle of the payment.
So is there payment protection or escrow?
No — and that's the point. Pro is off-platform, so there's nothing to freeze and no cut to lose, the same as any deal you close in your DMs today. What Pro gives you instead is control and proof. You own the money and the payment link, and every deal keeps a timestamped record — the agreed terms, message history, a verified license certificate, and clean invoices in your evidence locker. If a brand disputes or drags their feet, that paper trail is your leverage — the evidence you bring to a DMCA takedown, a payment dispute, or a legal claim.
Is there really no per-deal fee?
Really. One flat monthly price, zero transaction fees — no percentage, no “success fee,” no cut on the back end. Whether you close a $200 UGC deal or a $20,000 campaign, Plug takes none of it. You pay for the tools; you keep the deal.
Can brands actually pay me through Plug?
Yes — you generate a brand-facing invoice link at getplugpro.com/i/your-token that routes to your own Stripe or PayPal. The brand clicks and pays you directly. Plug creates the link and logs the deal so it lands in your pipeline automatically, but the money moves straight to your account — Plug is never in the payment path.

What does Plug Pro cost?

What does it cost, and can I cancel anytime?
Starting is free — no credit card. When you want the full system there's one paid plan, Full Access: a flat $19 a month, never a percentage of your deals. It's month-to-month, so cancel anytime, and your deals, licenses, and contacts are always yours to export. No lock-in, no hostage data.
What do I actually get when I start free?
The real product, not a demo — sign up with no credit card and start running your brand deals right away. When you want more volume and the full toolkit, Full Access is one upgrade away. And nothing you build is ever held hostage: your deals and history stay visible and exportable no matter what.
Is Plug Pro legit? Who is behind it?
Plug Pro is built and operated by Plug Marketplace LLC, a Washington company based in Spokane, and it is run by its founder, who answers the contact form personally. There is no marketplace and no middleman: Plug never holds, routes, or takes a cut of your money, brands pay you directly, and the subscription is a flat monthly price you can cancel any time from Billing. Everything Plug does with your data is in the Privacy Policy, and the Terms are written in plain English.

Who it is for, and the rest

How do I know if a brand deal offer is a scam?
Run the free Brand Deal Scam Checker: paste the DM or email and it checks eleven patterns in your browser, nothing uploaded, no signup. The big tells are being asked to pay or buy anything first, an overpayment or mailed check, payment in gift cards or crypto, a sender domain that does not match the brand’s website, and requests for your login, a code, or banking details. Inside Plug, every deal that lands in your pipeline is scanned automatically.
Do I need a big following to use Pro?
No follower minimum, no application, no ranking to climb — Pro isn't a marketplace that hands you deals by clout. It's built for creators who source their own in DMs, email, and their network, and Brand Radar, outreach, and AI pitches help you find and land more — while the rest of Pro runs every deal, start to paid. If you close your own deals, you're exactly who this is for.
What happens when a license expires or a brand keeps using my content past the term?
Attach the license terms to any deal and Plug tracks the expiry, then reminds you before your rights lapse — no more losing track in a spreadsheet. If a brand runs your content past what they paid for, generate a DMCA takedown straight from the deal and track the notice. Because every license has a verified certificate spelling out exactly what they were allowed to do, it's not your word against theirs.
Is Pro only for UGC creators?
Not at all. UGC is just one deal type. Pro handles shoutouts, sponsored posts, UGC, in-person appearances, and livestream deals — any brand deal you source — all in one pipeline and one calendar. If a brand pays you for it, Pro can run it.
