Brand outreach that tracks itself.
Every brand you pitch lands on one worklist with a stage, an open count, and a follow-up date. Plug Pro tells you who to pitch, who to chase, and who has gone cold, so the deals you are chasing never live in your head.

Six stages, and the list sorts itself into them.
You never move a brand by hand unless you want to. Sending, opening, replying, and silence each move it for you.
- To pitchBrands you have saved or added and not sent anything to yet. The default view, so the next pitch is always one tap away.
- Follow up dueSent, no reply, and the clock says it is time: three days after the first send, then every four days.
- Going coldTwo follow-ups out and seven quiet days. Still on the list, but honest about its odds.
- Waiting on replySent and inside the window. The page reports whether the brand has opened it yet.
- RepliedThe brand wrote back. One tap turns the prospect into a deal on your pipeline.
- WonA deal came out of it. The pitch history stays attached to the deal record.
Fill the list from anywhere.
Brands from the directory, brands you found yourself, and the spreadsheet you already have all land on the same worklist.
From the directory
Swipe the deck or browse the whole directory, save the brands that fit, and pitch them from the same card.
Add a brand by hand
A brand from a DM, a PR list, or an inbound email: name, contact, and website, added in a few seconds.
Paste a list
One brand per line straight from a spreadsheet, with an optional email and website. They all land on the worklist at once.
Every brand gets its own page.
Where it stands, the next move, three ready follow-up notes to copy, a reminder date, an AI-drafted follow-up, and the contact, on one screen.

Fifteen brands, one tap.
Select up to fifteen from the worklist and Pitch all with AI drafts every page and message from your rates and each brand's brief. You still send each one yourself.

Silence has a schedule.
Tap I sent it and the clock starts. Three days later the brand shows under Follow up due; each later nudge is flagged four days after the last. Two follow-ups and seven quiet days later it moves to Going cold, still on the list, no longer asking for your attention. The moment it replies, one tap makes it a deal on your pipeline.
- Day 0You send the pitch and mark it sent. The row moves to Waiting on reply.
- Day 3Follow up due. Copy one of three ready notes or draft one with AI; the next is flagged four days on.
- Any dayThe page counts opens, so you know whether you are chasing a brand that read it or one that never did.
- Day 7 quietTwo follow-ups out, a week of silence: Going cold. Revive it later or let it rest.
Outreach questions, answered
Does Plug send the pitches for me?+
No. Plug Pro writes the pitch page and the message and keeps the worklist honest, but every send is you, from your own inbox or DMs. Tap I sent it and the follow-up clock starts; Plug never emails a brand on your behalf, so a brand never gets something you did not read.
When does a brand count as going cold?+
After two follow-ups and seven quiet days. The first follow-up is flagged three days after you send, each later one four days after the last, and once two are out with no reply for a week the prospect moves to Going cold. It stays on the list; it just stops asking for your attention.
Can I bring in brands I found somewhere else?+
Yes. Add one by hand with its name, contact, and website, or paste a whole list from a spreadsheet, one brand per line with an optional email and website. They join the same worklist and funnel as brands from the directory, with logos filled in when you fire the first pitch.
How do I know a brand opened my pitch?+
The pitch page counts its own views, so the brand's row shows Not opened yet or Viewed and how many times, and the per-brand page keeps the history. Plug does not track email opens, only the page, which is the part a brand has to open to say yes.
Is this a CRM?+
For brand deals, yes: stages, notes, activity, follow-up dates, and a page per brand with its pitch history and opens. It is built into Plug Pro rather than sold per seat, and the free plan includes it with a cap on sends; Solo removes the caps and adds pitching up to fifteen brands at once with AI.
