License your content with proof

On Plug Pro you license your content with a verifiable certificate. You set the channels, usage, term, and territory, the brand accepts the exact terms before money moves, and Plug stamps the certificate at a URL anyone can check. You can extend or renew it in place, and Plug takes no cut of the license.

Sell usage rights the right way — a verifiable certificate that spells out channels, duration, and scope, accepted by both sides before money moves. Charge for what the brand actually runs, and prove the rights are real.

The same certificate on a phone: licensor, licensee, the license granted, the permitted channels and edits, and the term.
Demo account

Captured on a demo account. The brands are fictional.

  • A certificate, not a DM

Every license is a Plug-stamped record at a verifiable URL — anyone can confirm the rights are real.

  • Both sides accept

The creator and the brand accept the exact terms before a cent changes hands — no vague 'sure, you can use it.'

  • Extend in place

Brand wants it longer? Extend or renew the existing license without renegotiating the rights from scratch.

How do I license my content to a brand?

Turn 'can I keep running this?' into a line item you get paid for.

  1. Set the terms

Pick the channels, usage (organic vs paid ads), term, and territory — priced the way you want.

  2. Send for acceptance

The brand reviews and accepts the exact terms; both signatures land on the record.

  3. Get a verifiable cert

Plug stamps a certificate at a public URL anyone can check — the rights are never in dispute.

  4. Renew or extend

When the term's up, extend in place and charge again — no starting the negotiation over.

Why is a license certificate better than “sure, you can use it”?

What a DM can't do, and a Plug license does.

What they can run
A Plug certificate: Channels, edits, and term, spelled out
A DM agreement: Whatever you both vaguely remember
How long
A Plug certificate: A set term, with a start date
A DM agreement: Until someone changes their mind
If there's a dispute
A Plug certificate: Both sides accepted the exact terms, on the record
A DM agreement: Your word against theirs
Can you prove it
A Plug certificate: A verifiable URL + live status anyone can check
A DM agreement: A screenshot that proves nothing

Questions, answered

What does the certificate prove?

The exact content licensed, the usage rights granted, the duration, and the territory both sides agreed to, recorded by Plug with a timestamp at a verifiable URL. A brand's ad team or a platform can confirm the rights are real in one click, so they are never in dispute.

Can the brand run it as a paid ad?

Only if the license says so. Organic reposting, paid ads, whitelisting, duration, and territory are each spelled out as separate terms and accepted by both sides before any money moves. If paid ads are not in the grant, the brand needs to extend the license and pay for it.

What if they need it for longer?

Extend or renew the existing license in place. You offer a longer term or a wider scope on the same record, the brand accepts it, and the certificate updates with the new dates, so nobody renegotiates the rights from scratch or loses track of what the original grant covered.

Does Plug Pro take a cut of a license?

No. Licensing is part of your flat Plug Pro subscription, so whatever you charge for a six-month paid-ad grant or a perpetual buyout is yours in full. The brand pays you directly through your own accounts, with no escrow, no platform cut, and no payout hold.
