The deal you forgot to chase is the one you lost.
Most brand replies come on the follow-up, not the pitch, and most creators never send it. Tap I sent it and Plug Pro keeps the clock: a follow-up flagged on day three, a reminder at 9am, every brand under a chip that says what to do next.

Day three, then every four days, then honest about the odds.
This is the clock as the product runs it, counted from the moment you tap I sent it. Set your own date on any brand and it wins.
- Day 0You send it
From your own inbox or DMs. Tap I sent it and the clock starts.
- Day 3Follow-up due
The brand moves to the Follow up due chip. A 9am reminder lands in your notifications.
- Day 7Second nudge
Four days after the last one. Same reminder, same chip, a different note to copy.
- Day 14Going cold
Two follow-ups out and seven quiet days. Still on the list; it just stops asking for your attention.
Four places, so it cannot slip.
- In your notificationsThe reminder fires at 9am in your own time zone, into the notification center you already check, with email or push if you have them on.
- On the worklistEvery pitched brand sits under a chip: To pitch, Follow up due, Going cold, Waiting on reply, Replied, Won. The chip is the to-do list.
- On your calendarFollow-up dates show on the Plug calendar next to deliverable dates and payment dates, and ride the subscribe feed into Google or Apple Calendar.
- On the brand's pageThree ready follow-up notes to copy, the reminder date you can move, the open count, and the whole history with that brand.
Three notes on every brand's page, ready to copy.
A bump, a new angle, a graceful close. One per follow-up, in that order. On Solo, an AI draft in your voice sits beside them.
Every send is you. Plug Pro never emails or messages a brand on your behalf, so nothing goes out that you did not read.
- 1The bump
Hi Priya, bumping this in case it slipped down the inbox. The two concepts are still on the page if fall is the right window for you.
- 2The new angle
Quick one: I filmed a test of the serum this week and the before-and-after came out well. Happy to send it over if that helps you decide.
- 3The close
Last note from me on this. If the timing is off, no problem at all. I will check back next quarter. Thanks for looking either way.

Follow-up questions, answered
How do I remember to follow up with brands?+
Stop remembering and let the record do it. In Plug Pro, tapping I sent it on a pitch starts a follow-up clock: the brand is flagged on day three, a reminder lands at 9am in your notifications, and each later follow-up is flagged four days after the last. The date also shows on your calendar, so the follow-up lives where your other deadlines already do.
How many times should I follow up with a brand?+
Two follow-ups on email, then stop. The first at day three, the second four days later. After two follow-ups and a week of silence the brand moves to Going cold, which is Plug's way of saying the odds have changed. It stays on the list for next quarter; it just stops taking your attention now.
Does Plug send the follow-up for me?+
No. Plug Pro never emails or messages a brand on your behalf. It tells you when, gives you three notes to copy and, on Solo, an AI-drafted follow-up in your voice, and you send from your own inbox or DMs. A brand never receives something you did not read.
Can I change the reminder date?+
Yes. Every brand's page has the reminder date, and you can move it or clear it. If a brand says come back in October, set October and the brand drops out of Follow up due until then. The default cadence only applies when you have not set a date yourself.
What should a follow-up message say?+
Something new, or nothing at all beyond a bump. The three notes on every brand's page cover the three moves that work: a plain bump, a new angle such as a test you filmed, and a graceful close that leaves the door open. Keep each under four sentences and never apologise for following up.
