Every brand email, on the deal it belongs to.
Brand conversations stop living in a tab you forgot. Each deal has its own thread and its own email address, storefront questions land in the same inbox, and both sides keep the record. What was agreed is always one tap from the deal.

One inbox. One thread per deal. One address per deal.
- One inboxDeal conversations and brand questions from your storefront, merged into one list sorted by the latest message, each row showing the deal, its stage, and the amount.
- The TableThe thread on each deal. The brand writes from the page you shared, you answer from here, and both sides keep the record. The deal summary is pinned above it, one tap from the full deal.
- Its own email addressEmail the brand from the deal and the deal gets an address of its own. Every reply, from anyone the brand copies in, lands on that deal instead of your personal inbox.
- A record, not a chatThe conversation is saved as a shared record of the deal. If there is ever a question about what was agreed, the answer is on the thread, with timestamps, for both of you.
Every conversation, with the deal it belongs to.
Each row is a deal: the latest message, the deal type, the stage, and the amount. Storefront questions from verified brands sit in the same list.

The thread both sides keep.
The deal summary is pinned above the conversation, one tap from the full deal. The brand writes from the page you shared; you answer from here.

Keep your inbox. Lose the hunting.
Send the first email to a brand from its deal and the deal gets an address of its own, carrying your name. From then on every reply in that thread lands on the deal as well as in your mail, so the brief, the approval, and the “can we run it as an ad?” question are all where the deal is, not scattered across a month of subject lines.
- You email from the dealYour own inbox, your own name. The deal address rides along in the thread.
- Replies land on the dealAnyone the brand copies in lands there too. Nothing to forward, nothing to file.
- Spoofs are held, not shownMail that fails the sender checks goes to quarantine, never onto a deal as if it were real.
Inbox questions, answered
Do I have to give brands a new email address?+
No. Keep emailing from your own inbox. When you send the first email to a brand from its deal, the deal gets an address of its own that rides along, so replies land on the deal as well as in your mail. The brand sees your name and a normal thread; nothing changes on their side.
What if the brand replies from a different address?+
Replies are matched to the deal by the thread, not by who sent them, so a colleague the brand copied in lands on the same deal. Anything that fails the sender checks is held in quarantine rather than shown, so a spoofed reply never appears on a deal as if it were real.
Where do storefront questions go?+
Into the same inbox. When a brand uses Ask a question on your storefront and verifies their email, the inquiry shows up next to your deal conversations. Answer it there, and when it is worth taking on, convert it into a deal on your pipeline in one tap.
Can the brand see the whole thread?+
The Table is shared by design: the brand writes from the deal page you shared with them and sees the same conversation you do, with the deal summary pinned above it. Your private notes, your pipeline, and your other deals are never visible to them.
Does Plug read or send my email?+
Plug sends only what you write on a deal, from a deal address that carries your name, and it never sends a brand anything on its own. Inbound mail is matched to the deal it belongs to and saved there; your personal inbox is untouched. Nothing is used for anything beyond showing the thread on the deal.
