One pipeline for every deal you're running
Plug Pro's pipeline gives every brand deal you log its own record: brief, deliverables, stage, deadline, money, and license. One queue shows which deals are waiting on you for a reply, a delivery, or an invoice. Log a deal in under a minute, or paste the brief for AI to extract, and your deal history is never capped or locked.

Every deal, one place
Log a deal in a minute and it's tracked end to end — brief, deliverables, money, and rights on one record.
"Needs you" queue
A single list surfaces exactly which deals are waiting on you — a reply, a delivery, an invoice — so nothing quietly stalls.
Keep 100%
Flat monthly price, zero per-deal fee. The pipeline is part of Pro — not a cut of what you close.
How do I track a brand deal from yes to paid?
You already closed it. This is everything after the yes.
Log the deal
Brand, deliverable, and rate — logged in under a minute, or set up with AI from a pasted brief.
Track the stage
Agreement, in progress, delivered, paid — always visible, never a guess.
See what needs you
One queue surfaces every deal waiting on a reply, a delivery, or an invoice.
Close it out
License, invoice, and payment status all live on the same record — nothing to reconcile later.
One pipeline, three ways to see it
Cards, list, or board. Every deal, every stage.
The worklist before the pipeline
Prospects live here until they answer. The ones with a page are ready to send; the rest are queued.

Select up to 15 brands. Pitch all with AI writes a page for each, then Pitch Run walks the ready ones, up to 25 a run, one brand per screen.
Why use a deal pipeline instead of a spreadsheet?
The difference shows up the moment you have more than two deals running.
Questions, answered
Does Plug find or supply the deals in my pipeline?
No. Plug Pro is the back office for deals you source yourself, not a marketplace that supplies them. Log a deal you already have, or one you closed off-platform in DMs or email, and the pipeline takes it from there: stage, deadline, money, and license on one record.
How fast can I log a deal?
Under a minute by hand, or paste the brand's brief and let AI extract the deliverables, dates, and rate for you to review. Either way nothing is invented: the draft is grounded in what the brand actually wrote, and you confirm every field before the deal is saved.
Does the pipeline track payment status?
Yes. Invoicing and payment status live on the same deal record as the brief and the deliverables, so you always know what is paid, what is sent, and what is still open without digging through email. With auto-confirm on, a Stripe or PayPal payment marks the deal paid by itself.
Is there a limit to how many deals I can track?
Your deal history is never capped or locked — everything you log stays visible and exportable. The Full Access plan is uncapped on active volume, and every deal gets the full pipeline — stage tracking, licensing, and invoicing.
